LAST MINUTE VALENTINE'S DAY IDEA: DIY HEART PICKS

No matter if you celebrate Valentine's Day or not (I personally don't), these heart picks are too cute to not make them! Perfect if you want to spend some sweet time with your Valentine and had oh-no time to look for a gift, or simply want to make something cute for gilrs tea time. Something that will take you only few minutes and bring some love to your table!

Last minute = life saver! If you were looking for something easy, cute and
very quick for a little surprise for you beloved, then you only need to read and have fun
making these hearted picks!
//
Last minute = la salvezza!
e divertirvi a realizzare questi stecchini a cuore!

***

You need // Vi occorre:

- Red velvet paper (or simple red cardboard). // Carta vellutata rossa (o del semplice cartoncino).
- Scissors, glue, pencil. // Forbici, colla e matita.
- Paper leaf. // Foglio di carta.
- Toothpicks. // Stuzzicandenti.

How to // Come procedere:

1)
First, fold the leaf in half, draw a little half of a heart and cut it to have a heart (almost) perfect.

2)
Use it as a sample and draw on the back of velvet paper as many hearts as the double
of your toothpicks number (you'll need 2 hearts for each pick).

3)
Cut them, then take 2 picks and glue them together with the top of the toothpicks
between them.

4)
Go on until you've finished your toothpicks...

5)
And voilà! Your super sweet tea time is ready! // E voilà! La vostra merenda super dolce
è pronta!

Enjoy your date, guys! Or simply your tea and cookies on the couch with you
puppy! Everyday is perfect for some love, no matter the type!
//

xx

  1. So cute! I actually saw these in the shop the other week and was contemplating buying them (what for? I have no idea). Lucky I didn't because I'm pretty sure even I can attempt this
