MY FAVOURITE WINTER JUICE: APPLE, KIWI AND GINGER

There's been a time during the last holidays when everyone around me had flue and/or fever. Nothing surprising with 0°C outside, but the idea of getting sick during the only free time I had before next Summer scared me so much that I decided to run for cover. I prepared tasty juices with ginger and kiwi (amazing for health!) and I also added apples, cause, you know, one apple a day... This is now my favourite juice for Winter, try it out! // C'è stato un momento durante le scorse vacanze in cui chiunque intorno a me aveva febbre/influenza. Niente di sorprendente, con 0 gradi fuori, ma l'idea di ammalarmi durante gli unici giorni liberi prima della prossima Estate mi terrorizzava a tal punto che ho deciso di correre ai ripari. Ho preparato dei succhi con zenzero e kiwi (fantastici per la salute!) e ho anche aggiunto le mele, perché si sa, una mela al giorno...Questo è diventato il mio succo preferito per l'Inverno, da provare!

ROMAN (CHRISTMAS) HOLIDAY

Rome. The eternal city, the "caput mundi", the place I will never ever be tired of. I had the luck to spend there 5 amazing days with my family during the Christmas break and I collected some great places for food, walks and views. This doesn't want to be the standard travel guide, just see it as a culinary and dreamy journey through the most beautiful city of the world. // Roma. La città eterna, il "caput mundi", il luogo del quale non sarò mai e poi mai stanca. Ho avuto la fortuna di spenderci 5 giorni con la mia famiglia durante le feste natalizie e ho collezionato alcuni posti fantastici per il cibo, le camminate e i panorami. Questa non vuole essere la classica guida, vedetela piuttosto come un viaggio culinario e da sogno nella città più bella del mondo.

MY 2017 RESOLUTIONS

Happy new year, guys! How did you spend the holidays? Did you celebrate? I had a beautiful Christmas and few amazing days in Rome (post coming soon!). Holidays are ending (crying emoji) and starting from next Monday everything will go back to its normality (I mean, work). Trying to not think about that, I want to share with you my 2017 resolutions, something that I've never done before. There's always a first time, right? // Buon anno nuovo a tutti! Come sono andate le vacanze? Avete festeggiato? Io ho passato un bellissimo Natale e pochi, stupendi, giorni a Roma (post in arrivo!). Le vacanze sono quasi finite (faccina che piange) e a cominciare da Lunedì prossimo tutto tornerà alla sua normalità (lavoro). Per non pensarci, ho deciso di condividere con voi i miei propositi per il 2017, cosa che non ho mai fatto prima. C'è sempre una prima volta, giusto?
