STRAWBERRIES AND RASPBERRIES CHOCOLATE PRALINES RECIPE

Hi there! How was your Easter? Still full? Cause today we talk about food...again! And actually, about chocolate. Seriously: chocolate and Easter looong weekend is perfection! I usually eat a little piece of dark chocolate after dinner (it's good for health!), but we know...at Easter indulging a bit more is allowed! Plus, I got these super cute chocolate molds, so I thought that, this year, I could replace the traditional eggs with pretty strawberries/rasperries flavoured roses :) Ready to tempt yourself with homemade chocolate pralines? // Ehilà! Come è andata la Pasqua? Siete ancora piene? Perché oggi parliamo di cibo...ancora! E in realtà, di cioccolato. Seriamente: cioccolato e weekend lungo di Pasqua è perfezione! Solitamente mangio un piccolo quadratino di cioccolato fondente dopo cena (fa bene alla salute!), ma si sa...a Pasqua un piccolo sgarro è concesso. In più, con questi stampini carinissimi ho deciso, quest'anno, di sostituire le tradizionali uova con roselline alla fragola e lamponi :) Pronte a tentarvi con dei cioccolati fatti in casa?

Happy Monday! Only one week to Easter! I'm happy cause I a) love spending the Easter day with my family and b) have Monday off. Can't wait! Usually we spend the Easter at my parents' house, having lunch in our veranda and enjoying (if possibile) the sun chilling in the garden. This year I would make something special for our table and I think I did it. If you are looking for impressive but easy (and quick, very quick) decorations, I think you're gonna like these two I made! // Buon Lunedì! Manca solo una settimana a Pasqua! Sono contenta perché a) mi piace passare la giornata in famiglia e b) Lunedì non si lavora. Non vedo l'ora! Di solito passiamo la Pasqua dai miei, mangiando in veranda e godendoci (se possibile) il sole in giardino. Quest'anno volevo fare qualcosa di davvero speciale per la tavola e credo di esserci riuscita. Se cercate un modo d'effetto, ma facile e veloce (molto veloce) di decorare, beh, penso che apprezzerete!
